Dr Colette Adams – Julius

Dr Colette Adam-Julius is a Dispensing General Practitioner, co-owner of 4FR Health (Pty) Ltd and co-director of 4FR Help NPC.

Dr Colette has a passion for women’s health and started her #Pads4Paps in 2019, which empowers young women, promoting education and well-being by volunteering her time to offer free pap smears in lieu of donations of sanitary towels, to be donated to less fortunate women in the community.

Over the span of 5 years, Dr. Colette and her 4FR Health team have compassionately attended to hundreds of individuals who have sustained injuries in their workplaces. 4FR Health actively supports employers throughout the entire IOD process, from the moment of injury to the completion of documents and the finalization of IOD claims with the Workmen’s Compensation Fund (WCA) and Rand Mutual Fund (RMA). 4FR Health goes the extra mile by offering a complimentary transport service. This service ensures that injured employees are picked up from their workplace, taken to their medical consultation, and then safely returned to work.
